Welcome to YouSEO ("we," "us," or "our")! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the YouSEO mobile application ("App"), available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, and the YouSEO website and web application at https://youseo.app (together, the "Services"), designed to optimize and help you grow your channel. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not modify, reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its content.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register an account with accurate information (e.g., name, email). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any security breach.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium features require a paid subscription. In-app subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions purchased on our website are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited ("Razorpay") and may be paid using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, or other methods offered at checkout. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or yearly unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Recurring payment authorization: By purchasing a subscription on our website, you authorize us and Razorpay to set up a recurring payment mandate (e-mandate, UPI Autopay, or a standing instruction on your card) and to automatically charge your chosen payment method at the start of each billing cycle. In line with RBI guidelines, you will receive a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before each recurring charge, and you may pause or cancel your mandate at any time through the notification link, your bank or card issuer, or by cancelling your subscription as described in Section 4.

EMI: Where EMI options are offered at checkout, EMI is provided by your card-issuing bank or NBFC. Tenure, interest, eligibility, and any foreclosure charges are determined solely by the issuer.

You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes. Non-payment or a failed renewal may result in suspension or termination of access to premium features.

4. Subscription Plans, Renewal and Cancellation

The Services offer the following auto-renewable subscription plans:

  • Full-Monthly-Subscription - Monthly SEO Boost: $6.99 per month
  • Full-Yearly-Subscription - Yearly SEO Boost: $29.99 per year

Prices are subject to change at any time based on location, and new subscription plans may be added. Any price changes or new subscriptions will apply to future renewals or new subscriptions only.

Website subscription plans are priced in the currency shown for your location at checkout. Current monthly and yearly prices are published on our Pricing page. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout where required. Prices shown in the App Store or Google Play are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.

How to cancel:

  • Android (in-app): via your Google Play account settings.
  • iOS (in-app): via your Apple ID subscription settings.
  • Website: via Profile or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address.

Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Our complete Cancellation & Refund Policy is available at https://youseo.app/refund-policy and forms part of these Terms.

5. Service Delivery and Chargebacks

The Services are delivered digitally. Access to premium features is activated electronically, typically within minutes of successful payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact [email protected] before initiating a chargeback with your bank so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Chargebacks are otherwise handled in accordance with your card network's and bank's applicable rules.

6. Use of the Services

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or its systems.

You may link your YouTube account, agreeing to comply with YouTube’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy. Standard carrier data charges may apply.

7. YouTube Terms of Service

By using YouSEO App, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service in addition to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the features of our application that interact with YouTube.

8. Intellectual Property

The App and its content are owned by us or our licensors, protected by copyright and trademark laws. "YouSEO" is our trademark. You retain ownership of content you provide but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it for providing the App’s services.

9. Privacy

Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which you accept by using the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" with no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., lost profits or data) arising from your use of the App, except in cases of willful misconduct.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us from claims arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by India law. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Gujarat, India.

16. Ownership and Governing Legal Entity

The YouSEO application and all associated digital services are owned and operated by Crinet Technologies LLP ("the Company"), a limited liability partnership registered to provide digital solutions and software services, having its registered office at Shaligram Arcade, Nr Vakil Bridge Ahmedabad Gujarat, India. All intellectual property, technical maintenance, and user support are the primary responsibility of Crinet Technologies LLP. By engaging with our Services, you acknowledge that you are interacting with a product developed and governed by Crinet Technologies LLP.
