Shipping & Delivery Policy

YouSEO is a digital software service operated by Crinet Technologies LLP. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so no shipping charges, courier services or delivery addresses apply.

1. What you receive

A Creator+ subscription unlocks premium features inside the YouSEO web app at https://youseo.app and the YouSEO mobile apps on the Apple App Store and Google Play, for the account you were signed in with at purchase.

2. How and when it is delivered

Access is activated electronically. For purchases on our website, premium features are enabled on your account automatically within minutes of Razorpay confirming your payment, and a receipt is emailed to your registered email address. For in-app purchases, activation follows the App Store or Google Play confirmation.

3. If access is not activated

If premium features are not available within 2 hours of a successful payment, sign out and back in. If the problem persists, email support@youseo.app with your payment reference. We resolve activation issues within 72 hours or refund the charge in full, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. International customers

The service is delivered online and is available worldwide, subject to the YouTube API Services Terms and local law. Prices and currency are shown at checkout. Your card issuer may apply its own foreign-transaction fees or exchange rates.
