Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy applies to subscriptions purchased on the YouSEO website (https://youseo.app) and processed by Razorpay. For purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the respective store's refund policies and processes apply.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via Profile or by emailing [email protected] from your registered email address. Cancellation stops future renewals and recurring charges, and revokes the associated payment mandate (e-mandate, UPI Autopay, or card standing instruction). You will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

2. Refunds

Except as described below, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial or unused subscription periods. We will issue a full refund of the relevant charge in the following cases:

  • You were charged but your subscription was not activated, and we cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours of you reporting it;
  • You were charged more than once for the same billing period (duplicate charge);
  • A renewal was charged after you had cancelled before the renewal date.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are initiated within 30 business days and are credited to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days thereafter, depending on your bank or card issuer. For EMI payments, refunds and any interest reversal are subject to your issuing bank's policies.

4. Service Delivery (Digital Product)

YouSEO is a digital service. Premium access is delivered electronically and activated immediately, typically within minutes of successful payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped, and no shipping charges apply.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your registered email address, the payment reference/transaction ID, and a brief description of the issue. We acknowledge refund requests within 48 hours. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to our Grievance Officer (contact details in our Privacy Policy).
